This place is passport health it is by Molina healthcare if you need health care this is the place to come I recommend it to all Kentucky
I had my trip to England all booked and ready to go. I live in Evansville but I could not find anywhere to get my covid-19 RT-PCR test results back in 3 days or less guaranteed because all the other places were sending the tests out. I called passport health and they were so helpful I did have to drive to Indianapolis to get the test but I did get the result the next day and guaranteed.
We come here before any overseas trip and feel confident about staying healthy abroad. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I contacted them 4 business days ago with an enquiry. Their automated response said they will respond within 1 business day. I have received no response, so a poor impression from the start. The only option for contacting them online is an online form, there is no email address. So there is no way of telling if this is going to a central address or the location in Evansville.
