Our experience at Passport Health in Syracuse was excellent. Katie, the nurse, was all prepared for us when we arrived. She was so kind and friendly, and put us at ease as soon as we walked in. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they were very accommodating to our needs and availability. Our whole group was able to go together, and we were out in 45 minutes.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely pleasant, helpful, patient, thorough and friendly. Very nice staff, both in-person and those I spoke to on the phone.
Excellent experience. I highly recommend Passport Health for traveling. Learned so much and came away feeling confident in the needed vaccinations and ways to keep myself safe while visiting India!
