I was sort of expecting a hard sell on vaccines I didn’t want or need, but Katie was so friendly and helpful, only recommending what was really required or genuinely advisable, and making suggestions for which treatments were best to get from our own pharmacy to reduce costs. It was a zero pressure, 100% pleasant experience!
Katelyn was so warm and very professional. She was genuinely interested and concerned about my health on my trip to South America. She explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions. I felt confident when I left that I had everything in place and the support if I needed it in the future.
