Quick and easy, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Terrible experience. Was not told about the appointment cost when I signed up. The lady spent two hours telling us a whole lot of nothing then confidently presents me with the bill of a whopping $3k. When my partner said he wasn’t told of the appointment charge, the lady bluffed and threatened to charge the card on file (I had not left any card on file). Vaccines here are a good 200% more expensive than any other clinic and she didn’t tell me half of the ones recommended could be covered by insurance if I went elsewhere. Bad... read more
Was never informed they charge for clinic visit +$100. This is ridiculous. They need to tell clients there is a consultation fee before sitting you down for 1 hour to talk about everything that you need
