I called the Passport Health phone # and the person on the phone was really condescending and unpleasant. They didn't listen to or try to understand my question. I was also shocked at the sticker price of almost $500 out of pocket for the visit + one vaccine. Thankfully found ECMC's Great Lakes Physician Services- they were SO KIND and HALF the cost! Definitely suggest people go there instead.
Easy and informative. Obviously insurance isn’t going to cover your travel vaccines and they have nothing to do with that anyways
My family had an appointment here for a planned trip to Asia. Though they don't take medical insurance (as many of the vaccines we needed for our travel is not standard of care in Buffalo) we did receive wonderful care from Donna. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We left feeling more informed and confident for our upcoming trip. Highly recommend!
Went here several years ago. No one told us they only take cash and he didn't want to take a check or card saying that everyone's checks bounce even though I showed him my bank account that I had money in it. They did prescribe everything I needed, but he was annoyed that I made an appointment for a yellow fever vaccine and then needed travelers diarrhea and typhoid scripts as well. He never warned me that the yellow fever was subcutaneous and surprised me coming in for the shot from behind my arm and I pulled away thinking ... read more
