Very professional and thorough with their information. Nurse Stacy was warm and welcoming and answered all my questions.
Great experience. Stacy was warm and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She shared personal experiences that helped guide my decisions, and kept the whole conversation very lighthearted despite some of the more serious topics surrounding international travel. I have visited other clinics in the past, but will definitely be returning to Passport Health for any future visits!
Tried to book an appointment 2 months out over the phone and all they could tell me was they are no longer accepting appointments until further notice. Couldn't tell me why couldn't give me a time to call back couldn't tell me when they are fully booked out until. Offered that I drive 4 hours to Albany for an appointment as her best possible solution.
I called the Passport Health phone # and the person on the phone was really condescending and unpleasant. They didn't listen to or try to understand my question. I was also shocked at the sticker price of almost $500 out of pocket for the visit + one vaccine. Thankfully found ECMC's Great Lakes Physician Services- they were SO KIND and HALF the cost! Definitely suggest people go there instead.
