Made an appointment more than a week in advance for one specific vaccine (Cholera), which I was told by reservations person was in stock. It was not. Nurse at clinic said it was in visit notes (which I guess she hadn't bothered to review ahead of time), but no vaccine. She did offer to administer it at another location next week, but upon consideration, their sloppiness makes me uncomfortable trusting my health to them, particularly with a vaccine that requires proper storage and preparation. The receptionist was rude and made it clear she didn’t want to help me. She made me read off what immunizations I “thought were needed that I saw on the CDC website”. Lied to me over the phone about what immunizations I needed that I listed off the website, and told me it would be $4000. I called the Tulsa location and they told me what 3 shots I needed, out of the THIRTEEN the okc location gave me. And it’s only going to be $470. RecommendedI had a huge issue at first and was very upset about my appointment that was filled by the call center, not the office. I called and Lety calmed me down and corrected everything. Jasmine checked me in immediately, I literally sat for 32 seconds. Jade discussed my past medical history and before I knew it. The picture says it all. This office is highly recommended. Simple, quick and the staff is very friendly and professional. Two thumbs up!
