On this particular visit to Passport BMW all work was covered, but as always Stephanie was great. She kept us updated every step of the way. We received a loaner so not to be inconvenienced. Great experience from start to finish.
Everything went smoothly staff was very nice. They kept me up to date on every step of the way. The only thing is they can always find extra work to be done on your car and if you’re not knowledgeable about your car you will be having work done for nothing.
