I always have a good experience with Passport. They provide great customer service and always keep you informed of the status of your vehicle.
If I could give PASSPORT BMW, the service dept and managers zero stars I would. The repair department causes your vehicle more problems than what you come in for so you would highly consider trading to buy a new vehicle. The advisors and management used predatory tactics to up sale you on services or falsify what's needed in your paperwork so it can remain in your file to use as up sales later but Passport BMW do not take any accountability for mishaps to your vehicle while it's in their possession from their technicians.
