I gave some time before I wrote this review as I filled out an internal bmw one that obviously went nowhere. I brought my suv in for a recall on a Friday and was asked if they could keep the car which was fine. Got a text to pick up my car Monday morning later that evening I went to pick up my suv. I went to open my trunk to find the bottom of the trunk open. And didn't close.
