Dave met with my husband and I after sending him our concept plans. With no commitment or charge, he spent over an hour with us, and right off the bat, was honest and transparent with his advice, which helped us reframe our budget expectations. Our designer had come up with a beautiful concept, but it was Dave who walked us through the financial implications. He even gave us some advice regarding our current home - all at no charge. Wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be asking Dave to tender for our build.
We have done the rubbish removal work for Passive Edge Homes on a few of their projects. From our time spent on his job sites, you can tell Dave is organised, efficient and has an eye for detail. An extremely professional building team!
I employed Dave and his team to rebuild the garage, balcony and front of my house. As a team they were excellent to work with and nothing was too much trouble if i had questions and queries. The site was well managed and left clean and tidy each night. I absolutely love the finished product. It looks fabulous. Thank you sooooo much! Jennifer
Dave has been a delight to work with! His time management is second to none and his eye for detail is exceptional! Dave is a great builder that delivers high quality work and his input and ideas throughout the build really show up on the finished product.
