Ordered flowers to my wife at work and unfortunately they did not arrive on time. I called and was told there was a section in the delivery options to make sure it arrived on time but after looking into it I cant help but notice that this interface should be improved. The lady I spoke to was very kind but now the surprise is ruined and I have to get them delivered on a separate day next week. I initially wanted a refund but was told that was not an option.
