So impressed with their service and communication. I had flowers sent to my Mom and she wasn't home, so the florist/driver called my mom and brought them to her at a coffee shop. So so so appreciate that, thank you!
Do not order from here. I ordered flowers for my friend and they showed up a day late and weren’t even close to what I ordered. I emailed them twice and haven’t received a single follow up. DO NOT BUY!
I live in Ontario and my bestie lives in BC, she had just lost her mother so I immediately went online in search of a florist near to her. I ordered the Extra Large bouquet and spent as much $$ as I make in a day and the picture she sent me was shameful and embarrassing! SHAME on you!! Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! What a rip off!!
We showed up to get a last minute bouquet and they were very accommodating! We got a beautiful bouquet after they asked us specific questions of what we would like and it turned our perfectly.
The flowers were beautiful and my dear friend who received them loves them. There were a couple of oversights or errors with the order and delivery, but the manager went out of her way to rectify them as quickly as possible. She even had her husband deliver the vase that had been forgotten with the original delivery. Great job of doing your best to make things perfect in the end!!
