I have to say the young lady who helped me did an amazing job in such a fast time frame! (I'm terribly sorry, I didn't get her name) I came into the store, asked to keep it under a certain budget and I needed it fast. I told her it was for my friends 25th wedding anniversary and she showed me around the store and on their website to find the best options for potting and arrangements. I was visiting Kelowna from out of town and stopped in to pick up flowers for someone in the hospital. They had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. Their payment system happened to be down, and they were so apologetic — they even offered a small discount for the inconvenience, which they absolutely didn’t have to do. They didn’t want to hold me up, so they gave me their business card and asked me to call in my credit card later once their system was working again. Today, I bought three red roses here. The shop has many wonderful gift ideas, and a talented girl member skillfully crafted a simple gorgeous floral design right there. Her attention to detail and artistic touch were truly impressive. Highly recommended!
