I called today, I was talking then I think a costumer walked in, instead of finishing the conversation or even putting me on hold she hung up, very disappointed, costumer lost and won’t be recommending to anyone!
Flower arrangement was very nice but that's where our satisfaction ends. Flowers were purchased online, before the same day delivery cut off time, and we were charged same day delivery fee. Flowers were delivered at 4:30 pm the following day, and during the time purchased to time delivered, there was insufficient communication advising what was happening, which created a lot of confusion and concern as to what was happening with our order. What a great experience for a second time! Last year, I asked Siri where the nearest flower shop was on my way into Kelowna. I decided to stop at Passionate Blooms because it was just a slight detour heading through west Kelowna. Talk about creative! It was pretty close to the nicest bouquet I’ve ever had someone make for me! So impressed with their service and communication. I had flowers sent to my Mom and she wasn't home, so the florist/driver called my mom and brought them to her at a coffee shop. So so so appreciate that, thank you!
