I ordered bouquet, payed money for delivery and mentioned that I need it to be delivered to my address before 11 am. Bouquet wasn’t delivered and I tried to contact them and figure out what happened. Someone answered me and told that supervisor will contact me. As a result no one called me and they totally spoiled my wife’s birthday gift. It was really not nice from them. As a proof I’ll show my order number.
I am soooooo disappointed to have to leave this Google review. My boyfriend and I spent $130 on the Birthday Florist's Choice III for his mother's birthday. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive on schedule OR even in decent condition. The flowers were completely dead and just filler flowers, so not at all what was expected. 2026 update- i didn’t realize they had sold to new owners; i went in and the arrangement was disappointing. The flowers and the style is not worth it. I miss the previous owner. Heads up- All the beautiful flower arrangements were from the previous owner. The photos were the flower arrangement from the previous owner. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Arrangements look nothing like what you are picking out online. Let’s not forget the stem with NO flowers on it, and the babies breath that was dry and falling off. Waste of money and time. Not like the recipient is going to complain or know better, right Passionate Blooms? Well played. Love a good hustle. Pics of arrangement ordered for Mother’s Day vs what was received. Yes, contact was made immediately and multiple times after. No, there was no reply.
