I’m disappointed with my experience here. I came in to have my acrylics removed, a manicure, and a pedicure. The appointment ended up taking about two hours, which felt excessive for what I had done. During the service, I had four different people working on me, which made the experience feel very disorganized. At one point, the technician working on my pedicure left midway through to take a break, leaving me sitting there for quite a while with no explanation. The services provided are top notch. I usually do manicure here and never had any complaint. Always reach my expectations. Shop is really clean and beautiful, customer service is excellent and staffs are very friendly.
One of the common issues I have noticed in many Australian nail salons, including this one, relates to hygiene standards. When a new client sits down for a nail treatment, the table should be properly disinfected. Unfortunately, there were visible residues from the previous client’s nails left on the table and even on the shellac lamp.
