I would like to have visited the restaurant before writing this review, but the e-mails I sent inquiring about their menu and wine list were rebuffed with very strange "one word" responses. The Passion the Restaurant website claimed the restaurant was "fine dining" and recently purchased, so I wanted to check out a few simple things first (as I have learned to do these days).
