Yesterday, Wendy drilled too close to my cuticles and now inflamed and painful. She told me twice to put my feet in extremely hot water and I told her many times no because it was burning my feet. Then she felt it, added a bit of cold water and said sorry after she realized how hot it was. She used the wrong color. She put hot rocks on my feet then started talking to someone and held the rocks in one place for too long! She wasn't friendly either. I wanted to write this to help others avoid this place for the following reasons : - Bad customer service. Nails technician was watching soccer and he cut into my nail. I still have a small cut. - very dirty table and when removing my acrylic the table was dirty from previous customer. - lastly, the gel manicure peeled off next day!! I paid 40 dollars. Please go elsewhere! This place has a very convenient location but they don' t care about doing their job right.

Michelle, Kenny and Tracey are amazing! I have been going to Passion Nail Spa for about 14 years! I used to only get simple pedicures and manicures and over the years have advanced to gel pedicures and Dip manicures. I used to bite my nails and Michelle tried Dip on my nails 2 years ago this coming October and I haven’t bitten my nails since (I was 42 at the time). It was a huge accomplishment for me!
