Have now had two great experiences here- one while having pedicures with a friend, and one while getting nails done with my daughter. They do a great job communicating the options and my gel manicure and pedicures last so long!! They also did a great job taking care of a botched job at another salon.
I mistakenly didn’t look at the reviews before I went. Thought I’d try a new place as it’s not too far away. Bad decision on my part.Its a factory. They literally used a walkie-talkie to get somebody from the back as I walked to the pedicure seat. I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. They had two people working on me at the same time. Pedicure was great. Manicure however was a little rough. I always am asked to wash my hands. Not today. Also was cut on cuticle
I have been here about 6 times and my experience has always been ok, nothing special. After my last experience I don’t think I will be returning. Donna sat down to remove my dip power and the drill was so high I flinched. I told her it hurt but yet she proceeded to use the drill at the same speed and I flinched again. After the fourth time the lady next to me even noticed. I told her to please find someone else to do my nails, which she did.
