Normally very good but my experience on Sunday was horrible and not worth the money. He cut my toe, it is sore and the polish looks like a 1 year old applied it:-(. Even the manicure looks tacky. I am very disappointed in the service and the significant increase in their prices. I will not be back. If you go, ask for the older ladies or the manager.
I must have had a new tech working on my nails. After 7 days my nails look like I’ve had the gel on for much longer. Initially the nails weren’t cleaned up properly and paint was lining my nail beds. The tech who took off my dip was a seasoned tech that seemed to be helping (in a rush) but no conversation was had with me about what was going on. Sam is amazing. She attentively listens to my preferences and consistently delivers exceptional service. I can wear my manicure for a month without chipped, broken nails or gel lifting.
Kim Chi does a beautiful job on my nails every time! I can always trust her with any shape, color, and design I want.
Always super happy with my nails! I regularly see Sara and she takes great care of my nails. She pays attention to detail and I've never been disappointed. I was doing dip for a long time and just recently switched to builder gel & loving that. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. I'd highly recommend passion nails to anyone looking for a new spot!
