My toes are cute my nails were rushed because they were closing At 7 I came I’n at 530 . & I paid more for a design I did not get because I was rushed .
The quality of service has gone way down The owner is very unprofessional. I have been going here for many years. I made an appointment with her To get there this morning for her to lie and said she called me back and left a message on my phone. Telling me she canceled my appointment. Because she messed up the books. I used to refer people there. But never again.. I have even sat and observed her laugh and talk about women . Who come an patronize her establishment. Spending my money elsewhere .
I just left and I was trying to get my nails done and I would have gave them no stars the tech got mad because I didn’t like the prices and he stop doing my nails and I wanted him to continue doing my nails and speaking in a different language and didn’t want to finish my nails because I’m unhappy and I don’t have nothing to do with your personal life I told him to stop doing my daughter in-law nails because because that didn’t have anything to do with what I said and he cut her nails very low to the point she has to get the... read more
Went today and so glad I did it not one to do anything for my self but my feet needed some care so I’ve decided to go I think the lady I had was Anna she took her time she made me comfortable and really paid attention to detail I will be making this biweekly treat for myself thank u all
Extremely disappointed with the service my daughter received at Passion Nails. We paid for a gel manicure and pedicure, and within less than 24 hours, the gel polish began peeling off. This is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to last at least 2 weeks. I reached out in good faith to give the salon an opportunity to make this right, but was met with refusal and no accountability.
