I will never go back to this salon again. I said I wanted my nails short but not dwarfism. My nails. look horrible.
Passion Nails is my absolute favorite and go to for the past 3+ years! They get excited when you show them designs as they are always up for the challenge. Sophia is my girl, but they’re all outstanding and really do their best to make the outcome exactly what the customer wants! I always do a design and Sophia knocks it out of the park every time. If you haven’t been, this is the place to be!
Terrible customer service. They use young kids who don't know what they're doing. Cut your nails too short and you hurt for weeks. You make an appointment and then the person you make an appointment with doesn't show up and you're waiting for over 30 minutes. We just left. Didn't have time to wait that long. Won't be going back.
Always a great experience and not overpriced. They have some very talented nail designers and wonderful customer service. Some of the best pedicures I have ever had, very relaxing. Sophia took great care of me last time and went above and beyond with her nail design!
