Dr.Katakam is excellent. She is very friendly and true professional. Kind, caring,, compassionate 3 words that mean a lot to me. Add a 4th c. Character. She has all 4 and i appreciate those qualities. That is why she will continue to be my doctor.
I had a very positive experience at this hospital. Dr. Tejaswi Katakam treated me with great care, professionalism, and patience. I have to give credit where credit is due: Cheryl, the NP, was fantastic. My first appointment with the MD was rescheduled 30 minutes before the visit and I was moved to Cheryl. At the time, I mistakenly thought NP and NA were the same thing (that’s on me). Thankfully, I was sick enough that I kept the appointment anyway. Dr. Katakam took an exceptional amount of time with me during my visit—more than I’ve experienced with most physicians. She listened carefully, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and made sure I fully understood the next steps in my care.
