I came to this salon with a clear picture reference of the hairstyle I wanted. Based on the price quoted, I expected the final result to closely resemble the reference image. I booked the appointment with confidence, and during the session, everything seemed to be going well until the styling portion. Esther is a very nasty person. She is a very rude and disrespectful person with no people skills. Save your time and money and find someone else. Don't trust her prices either. I would not recommend anyone to her Passion Hair Salon 2 shop. Run from this shop there are better shops in Dale City and Lake Ridge.
