Wonderful staff and the owner does great hair and was able to fix my hair color. Highly recommended!
I asked for lighter hair but got darker hair. Then the second time, I asked for the lightest color but they toned it to be a mute color, not as light as I asked it to be. Your response is not correct—there are other salons that will go as light as you request but you were telling the girl to tone it down, and she was saying I’m doing this color since she wants it lighter.
