I have NEVER had a bad experience at Passion for Paws. ALL of the staff are wonderful. The building that they are located in was my grade school back in the day, so I originally went there out of curiosity about how they remodeled the building. I also knew that most commercial real estate agents in the Madison area felt that the building was in such rough shape that it should have been torn down. My dog sees Dr. Kay. He is a little anxious, and she works very well with him. She is very patient and well informed, and I really trust her judgment and advice. The vet assistants are very kind and caring as well, and all are very quick in responding to questions.
