I have NEVER had a bad experience at Passion for Paws. ALL of the staff are wonderful. The building that they are located in was my grade school back in the day, so I originally went there out of curiosity about how they remodeled the building. I also knew that most commercial real estate agents in the Madison area felt that the building was in such rough shape that it should have been torn down.
