I genuinely wish I had a more positive review to leave, but I had a very disappointing experience with this florist. Despite paying $600 for a bridal bouquet and a bouquet for the Virgin Mary, the results did not match the inspiration photos we discussed. (Inspiration photo is first. What we received is second.) Unfortunately I must leave this negative review for passion flower shop cause I had a delivery set up for Valentine's Day and the delivery never took place after 20 calls to the shop to get a update I was never able to get a person on the phone so decided to drive over before closing time just to find out my order was never going to get delivered. Been meaning to leave a review about this shop as I’m pretty upset with their work. I literally went through them FOR THE FLOWER LETTERS SPECIFICALLY and shouldn’t have wasted my time. She over charged and not only opted out of giving me the flower letter like I paid for and asked for and then misspelled the scrapbook looking banner. then told me they “double checked the messages since it was a special event” which is an absolute lie after checking literally all of my messages where I spelled the banner correctly and emphasi... read more
