I visited once some months ago. My health fund was charged exorbitantly just for my teeth to be looked at. I didn’t even get a scale and clean. Changed back to BUPA immediately, waited the 6 months and found out I had 3 severe cavities that required anaesthesia due to how bad they gotten. Maybe it would’ve been picked up by Passion Family Dental maybe not, but I know I felt like I was brushed aside and just used for my health cover money.
I can see why the reviews are so high! I went here with an emergency and was promptly seen. The admin staff, dentist and dental assistant were so lovely. They explained everything and were so quick and efficient whilst never feeling rushed. Highly recommend!
Dr Sam is the most amazing dentist ever. He has incredible patience with children and nervous adults.
I recently had four crowns done by Dr. Soni and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He is not only incredibly skilled but also kind, patient, and professional. He explained every step of the process clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and his attention to detail is truly impressive. The entire staff was friendly, organised, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.
