I made an appt for medium KNOTLESS braids. Half of my braids are knotless the other half have knots. I inboxed her a couple hrs after my appt to ask her to fix the top since that’s the part you could see. She left me on read for 3 days now. I figured she would try to make it right. She should’ve either charged me for regular box braids or told me when I booked she doesn’t or can’t do knotless and I could’ve found someone else. After pay 220$ for hair that isn’t done correctly is insane. But lesson learned.
I Love this lady, nice and best at her Job. She never disappoint me every time I go there. I will recommended her. The best part is, she is affordable
