A great company that truly cares for their investors and tenants! Great communication and everyone is always so friendly.
Be wary of investing in Passco, they just failed spectacularly in their Palm Desert investment, left investors out over $25 million and just walked way from a fully operational complex because they did not want to put a small amount into refinancing until favorable conditions came around....no due diligence at all. There are a multitude of companies in this field that know what they are doing.
