I had 2 surgeries Passavant Hospital earlier this year. The nursing staff in the holding area as well as in the OR, recovery and on the floor were amazing. I was treated like a person, and when I needed my hand held I had several volunteers to choose from. They made a highly emotional and stressful time much more bearable.
I was a patient this weekend on 2 South. I had wonderful nurses who looked after me, even when my husband really wanted to be by my side. Not only did they help me feel better, but they also showed me love and attention, helping me with things I couldn't do for myself---a situation that is a challenge already because of having Cerebral Palsy. Had a great experience tonight with the new vertical care. In and out with a 18 mo old in 28 minutes. Great asset for Passavant.
The nurses on 3 south went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a smile on her face even though mommy couldn't be home for her birthday! Thank you 3 south!!!
