This was a great appt, dr made things very clear, explained everything, made it easy to understand, and most importantly he listened to me.
Dr. Passarelli made time to discuss options and treatment, and was attentive. He provided a complete understanding of the best treatment so that I would understand, and he answered all of my questions.
I found Dr Passarelli to be very thorough in our pre-op discussion, and there’s no doubt he is a leading expert in his field and yet, he is very personable, down to earth, and explains things in an understandable manner.
The appointment was on time and the doctor thoroughly explained my medical situation.
On time and very informative. He makes you feel vey comfortable. He explains the process with detail and answers any questions in plain language.
Dr. Passarelli and staff were, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Passarelli answered all my questions and calmed my fears. He explained why surgery was needed and explained the procedure in detail and when surgery and where surgery would be done. I left feeling much better than when I arrived.
Dr. Passarelli was available immediately on my arrival. He reviewed my situation with great care and thoroughness. He answered my questions with lucid explanations. His professionalism and presence are remarkable. I have total confidence in him.
