I actually feel sorry for the ex judge, to have to sit in the court room every day and watch the DA and Public Pretenders tricking people into believing that someone is actually there trying to fight for them! I'm disgusted with our county and the court system. I use to believe that a judge is a righteous person but I recently found out that there just the mouth piece for the DA and the public defenders are there to make people think that their getting a good deal. Great place if you aren't looking for results and just want to pay someone a huge rate to file your paperwork.
Horrible experience in 2019 with this office. Bertrand Ithurburn actually put a caregiver on as durable power of attorney of my grandparents which is not ethical and a conflict of interest. Since then the caregiver continues elder abuse. This has been reported to Yuba City PD and APS. Rotten lawyer that doesn’t care about the welfare of others. He will write any document and sign it to get paid.
