Old building with horrible corporate management. AC turns off middle of the summer every year and you will have issues-- don't move here

Scam. I mean either a scam or the leasing manager is working as a nuclear scientist as a side hustle because there is no explanation for making me submit my application and pay for an application and not getting back to my calls and e-mails for more than a week.
