Jerome is correct, for years the ac has been an issue. Currently, we have not had air conditions for a week! We are currently experiencing a trifecta of humidity, heat and smog and we have no air conditioning. Management finally sent out an email letting tenants know that it may take a couple of days! After complaining I was given a desk fan… in the winter its the same bull with the heat!
We’ve been living here since 2018, and while the building is older, the maintenance team truly tries to stay on top of things. They make a consistent effort, which is important to recognize—especially in a building with over 100 units. A little patience and kindness go a long way. The new superintendent clearly takes pride in the property, and the improvements and positive changes have not gone unnoticed. Old building with horrible corporate management. AC turns off middle of the summer every year and you will have issues-- don't move here
