I called this company for what seemed like a simple toilet repair. They charged a $65.00 inspection fee, which they said would be deducted from the final bill. RUN AWAY!!! 🚨 Horrible company and service. They send a technician just to collect $65 in cash for a so-called “inspection,” only to hit you with an insane estimate afterward. No solutions, no transparency, just pressure and frustration. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Save yourself the anger.
