Horrible office, horrible front desk staff. My appointment was set for 1 p.m. and I was there for 2 hours in the waiting room. Why give me an appointment and tell me I will be in shortly and have me wait 2 hours? Then before I go inside the room with the doctor, the receptionist tells me my insurance is inactive. Are you kidding me? Why don’t you check before I arrive at my appointment and let me know once I get there? or at least within 15 minutes of my arrival. Pesimo servicio las recepcionistas ya no tienen nada de amabilidad no lo eh cambiado por q el doctor Mico es muy bueno pero creo q hay q empezar a buscar otro pediatra para mis hijos
