The building is well maintained and all our needs are attended to by the super, George. George is extremely helpful, always looking to see if anything is needed. He is friendly and pleasant and looks out for us. Laundry and gym downstairs are a great addition. The building is always clean and the units are spacious. I have had a great experience here and feel a sense of community amongst those living in the building. Aycrigg Manor is great!
I accidentally forgot to publish this review under my own name - I used "Sunny" instead. Oops! At any rate: The building is in a very beautiful and calm neighborhood. The apartments are well maintained compared to others offered in the city. George, the super, is wonderful. The common areas are always clean and he’s easy to contact for any issues.
george is a great guy and is very quick when it comes to fixing things in the building and keeps it tidy
