Overall, Passage Point is an incredible option for a ski resort. There's a gym, hot tub, pool, and laundry facility. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen, a twin queen bunk bed, a king bed, two bathrooms, and patio. The television in the living room also allowed users to log in to the apps so you have access to your favorite shows. Our stay at Passage Point 215 itself was fine, but unfortunately our experience with Vacasa, the property management company, was the worst service experience we encountered during our entire trip — including hotels, car rentals, ski equipment rentals, and ski lessons. Due to medical reasons, we were forced to shorten our stay. We stayed here on our vacation. Very nice facilities. We loved the views of the mountains from the deck. The unit was really nice, and had everything we wanted for the stay. Would definitely stay here again!
Pet policy is very misleading. The website makes it sound like the entire Passage Pointe building is pet friendly but it is not. We booked a room here because it showed up on the pet friendly filtered search results on Copper’s website but when we arrived they said our specific room was not pet friendly and we had to upgrade to another room that was more expensive.
