Verified Renter Passage apartments are a beautiful community, quiet near the freeways, near stores, across the street from an elementary school (very convenient for people with kids) and Angela and her team are the best, professional and very helpful, me and family recommend this place!!!

Raised our rent by $6500/mo They haven't replaced our back door shade after asking for almost 2 years. They keep saying they "don't have any." And they threatened to raise our rent by $6500/mo if we didn't sign a new 12 month lease. Also, they won't let you pay rent early, which is kinda weird. If I had to describe our overall experience at Passage, I'd say, "we have lived here for 3 years and are moving now."

Verified Renter We moved to Passage Apartments in October from California. We signed a 9 month lease not sure if we would like it here. Turns out we love it so much we are planning on signing another lease. Its very quiet and peaceful here. It really feels like home.
