We had two technicians. They were very knowledgeable and thorough, made sure and explained everything during each step. .
Jake from Pass One Hour came out for my bi-annual HVAC maintenance and did an outstanding job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. On top of the maintenance, he swapped out my old Nest thermostat with a better Wi-Fi thermostat that isn’t tied to Ameren, which gives me more control and peace of mind. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and with care. I couldn’t ask for better service—thank you, Jake!
