Not only do they send reminders (like every day during that week) tell me he was coming (like every 10 minutes!), they get right in on 'how did he do?' within minutes of the technician starting his vehicle! But, they do a good job, so I can't complain. Every one of the guys they've sent out have been about it: on time, on the case, and they tell you what's going on, in regular-people-speak! Highly recommended!

Great attitude superior service. Ricky came out to do a check on our AC units, a service that comes with our membership fee. When he found out my wife and I are military veterans, he made sure to change us over to the Hero’s Club and saved us money on our monthly membership. Pass cares about all customers and shows a special care for vets. We won’t go any where else.
