Lee Pasquale is a horrible man who radiates negative energy. I figured being in the real estate business for decades would teach someone customer service, but not Lee apparently.
Negative 5 if I could. I help folks that have recently relocated to ABQ on behalf of their companies. I called to inquire about a unit for rent. He asked me for the name of the company, which I don't share. The employee can share that directly. Sandy said in a very abrupt manner, "well you can have him call me directly then," and hung up. Please proceed with caution.

Pasquale is severely lacking in professionalism. I called about a home listing that I had seen online. I asked a couple questions about the home and asked if it was possible to set up a showing. He asked me a couple questions about myself and my roommates. I told him that we were all undergraduate college students. After this, he said "Thanks but no thanks" and immediately hung up the phone. My problem is not that he did not want to rent this property to college students: it's the rude and unprofessional remarks that he made... read more
