They got me in on a Saturday with just a 4 day wait. First time visit. Front office staff very polite and friendly. Vet tech very nice and knowledgeable. Vet got down on the floor and interacted with my dog before she began the exam. Exam and medication charges were on par with other CA vet clinics.
Their team is super responsive and kind. I also appreciated their attentiveness to my dog. My disappointment is that my dog's symptoms haven't subsided since his appointment three days ago, which was expensive. I'm reluctant to bring him back for a follow-up appointment because of the price and my dog's lack of response to their first treatment. I'll wait a few more days to see if their treatment was successful before deciding whether to bring my dog back or get a second opinion. I'm sorry. I was hoping to give a five-star r... read more
