The Staff got me in the first day I called "in pain" set me up with Scott Marcum for a root canal who did a great job. Set me an appointment for the 22nd, called Dr Marcum to see if I could get on a "appointment cancelation list due to the discomfort of a dying root, hey asked is I can come in now, wow I'm on my way, win win!! I took my 4 year old son that has Autism in for his first check up. He was so nervous that he kept telling me that he didn't want pretty teeth. The staff made him feel comfortable. They were super polite when he and his younger sister were being loud in the waiting room. They took my son back and talked to him the whole time so he felt at ease. Love this office and the entire staff!! Everyone is so nice and it's such an enjoyable experience everytime!
It was a great experience with friendly staff. The x-ray technician did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and providing me water when needed. The cleaning was comfortable and was done in a timely manner. The entire staff was great with my 4 year old and provided her juice while mommy completed her two hour appointment. Great Job!
I've been going here since I was in second grade. I am now 21 and sad to leave it! They were very helpful with finding me sensitive teeth products!
