Wow! I am relatively new to the area and gave Dr. Cox's office a call after receiving a very inviting brochure in the mail.... when I arrived I felt welcomed, and very much in great hands. The entire office operation from the receptionists and staff are extremely friendly, informative and soothing! Fillings are never a good time for anyone but they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The staff is amazing, I won't go anywhere else
After not seeing a dentist for over 3 years, I was nervous to go, wondering how much torture I would have to endure during my much needed cleaning. But Alice made the experience extremely pleasant. She listened to my concerns, paid attention to my sensitive areas, and did the job quick and painlessly. Just the right amount of conversation!! Made me feel like she really understood my goal, and got me in and out in great time while still being thorough! Thanks Alice. Props to Sam too for rockin' the cool new xray camera!!
Hygienist was great simple and easy, new dentist was great too! No problems and no pain!
