The overall experience was less than desirable for the price paid. There was no transparency on pricing when it comes to french tip/ gel polish which was an additional $20 on top of the $48 pedicure package. The nail tech cut my skin while using the e-file leaving a small cut & irritated skin, left polish on the skin around the nail, and cut my nails way too short. When it came to the french tip design they were shaky and uneven even after politely saying they looked a little off.

Got Gel X today and it came out just how I wanted. I did a color French tip with chrome. It’s so cute and clean. Obsessed with how it turned out. Highly recommend if you want nails that actually look how you pictured them.

Went here for the first time yesterday for a gel mani/pedi. The staff were all so very friendly, the salon is clean and calming, and they did a wonderful job on my nails. I called day-of and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment. The best part is that they did my mani/pedi at the same time and I was in/out within an hour - amazing. Lynn did my manicure and she was so sweet and attentive. I love my nails and will definitely be back!
