First and foremost, I want to thank the management team. They are absolutely fantastic! They take great care of the property, ensuring everything is clean and in perfect condition. The grounds are spotless, the pool is crystal clear, and the scenery is simply breathtaking.
I’ve been at Paso Fino Apartments since 2017 and there’s been a lot of managers. Teresa and Jeannette have been the best managers I have seen yet. My transfer to another unit went smooth. Every time I need help with Jeannette is always there to help me. Thank you Paso Fino for everything you to for me. I love you guys.
I have live here for 3 years and I love my apartment and neighbors. Jeannette and the office staff at Paso Fino are really nice. One thing I hate is the inspections, but I understand they need to be done. During inspection Roger did a good job with some work orders that needed to be done. He was really nice and helpful explaining hazardous things to me about my stove. I love Paso Fino and the staff.
Jeannette and all the staff have always been kind and helpful. In three years I’ve seen how they create a caring community. They respond quickly if ever a concern arises
I am very happy with my apartment. I’ve been here 3 years and Teresa keeps the community clean and always looking nice. Carlos the maintenance man always does my work orders when needed and is always nice and well mannered, he is a very nice man. Thank you Jeannette and Chelsea for my monthly pantry it helps out a lot. Paso Fino has a great team. ❤️
