Dr. Gutierrez’s is wonderful! All the doctors and staff are amazing and the wait times are not long.
Office tends to over book. Wait times are ridiculous. Whats the point of making an appointment when they have you sitting way past your appt time. They book so many patients for the same hour and when asked to speak with a supervisor you are put off. The front RECEPTIONIST tells me. " try not to make an appt if you have other things to do." This clinic is definitely not the same anymore. I’ve been bringing my son here for the past three years with Dr. Barney (who is a great physician), it’s the administration and management who are not very welcoming. I brought my son as a walk in to get a check up and I was told that I should have called them prior to arriving to make an appointment in order to get him in when there was literally two other people waiting in the waiting rooms. I changed my kids to another clinic because they were charging me $15 for the doctors signature per physical when my kids have Medicaid called and changed their PCP to another clinic they're not supposed to charge if you have Medicaid it is covered they told me all clinics charge now it is not true I called more than 15 clinics and not one charge for "signature".
