I contacted Paskel, Tashman & Walker and they informed me that the rate they where going to charge me was roughly $75/hour. The said the retainer fee was going to be $950. So I paid the $950 and had my free consultation that lasted 30 min. I then had my court date which was for custody, and the hearing lasted 30 min. That was the end of the service that I used from the law firm, and I waited for for the remainder of my retainer fee to be returned and it never did.
