Had a previous AC company come out and tell me I needed a new unit. A friend referred me to Mark - he added refrigerant and performed rigorous calibration to make sure it was the correct amount. he also educated me on how to change a fuse in the unit if it ever had the same issue so i wouldn't have to call him again. Saved me thousands on a new AC. He is extremely knowledgable and a real pro.
Mark came out on July 4 when no one else I called was even answering the phone. He successfully identified & fixed an issue that was preventing our Air Conditioning from functioning (on a 90+ degree day), and did so in a timely manner.
