I lived here for a year. Had 2 maintenance requests and each item took around a month to complete. I moved out in July, and it is now March and I still have not received my security deposit.
Been here for 8 months now. Best apartment in Springfield. Great location, no roaches, mice, or bugs of any kind, landlord is nice, maintenance is very prompt and really wants to keep you happy. No dishwasher, counter/cabinet space, small toilet, stright back bath tub, no wash and dryer in unit, and no pets allowed. But I’ll take a nice landlord and good maintence guy over those things.
