Terrible service and terrible attitude. Rude staff who show a lack of concern and care when tending to others ponds.
Went in to see the guys about koi, very knowledgeable team, great personal service from Luke. The guys there were fantastic and caring. The owner took time to show our young daughter some new fish he had brought into the store. He checked on her to make sure she was ok after the barra gave her a fright. Luke helped us select our fish and the fish were packaged carefully for the long drive back to Kalgoorlie and all survived. Would highly recommend this store.
