I’ve tried to reach out Hundreds of times and phone calls to their office to see if they can come and fix a hole They never mentioned to us and now our apartment That they gave us. No feedback whatsoever in the last few weeks. Everyone who works here is extremely unprofessional.
We rented a beautiful house that needs a few things fixed . I have been reaching out for 7 months with no results . They don’t respond and if you do reach them they are supposedly constantly changing repair people . Just come fix our fridge !
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with property management. They never answer their calls or emails.
