Best value for high end amenities in quality area of downtown San Jose.
Owned a unit here for seven years. Some good, some bad, and some ugly. It is funny seeing the renters complain about ridiculous fines because I got those as well. Honestly, I think if you're under a certain age, you are the main target for their "fining squad". For example, they did not pad the elevator when I moved in, but they were sure to charge me for that service.
