Best value for high end amenities in quality area of downtown San Jose.
Owned a unit here for seven years. Some good, some bad, and some ugly. It is funny seeing the renters complain about ridiculous fines because I got those as well. Honestly, I think if you're under a certain age, you are the main target for their "fining squad". For example, they did not pad the elevator when I moved in, but they were sure to charge me for that service. If you consider this place as a rent, please read my story. This condo HOA changes fine to double in policy in a year and they will charge it without any notification and mercy. HOA will do nothing for you and you always need to talk through the owner. I experienced one break in and even I leave in the first floor, you have to pay for move in/out fee. If you accidentally break rules, be aware of photos taken by your neighbors.
