New owner has The Agency run these apts. This a classic collect $ and do nothing for tenants, to include not replacing ac filters or provide lightbulbs in dark apartments . It took 3 months in the winter for a replacement ac unit you’d think they provide filters for. I’m not. They raised all the rent.. I was living here years and remember when it was a nice place. This new ownership and The Agency I won’t recommend or rent from again.
Buenos apartamentos en espacio pero actualemnte la administracion es un asco, lo mas triste es que ni siquiera estan fisicamente y para resolver algo tienes que casi rogarles via telefonica para que te resuelvan, aparte que hay vecinos muy ruidosos. Actualmente estoy feliz de mudarme aun que han hecho bastante dificil el notificarles mi fecha de mudanza, es una tristeza que cambiaran de administracion
Ever since they changed management (owner) a lot of people have been moving out. I have not seen these many units available. Pest control are no longer sent, complex always looking dirty, management chose what inquiries (repairs) they will and will not do by simply ignoring your request if they decide not to repair. Will be moving out as well.
Love living here, the atmosphere is amazing
After years of residing, leaving as soon as lease is up. Central unit never fixed and adding outrageous costs to already high rent. Tech did report he had to acquire another motor and return to finish this current repair. Never heard back from anyone. Trash, including glass, and dog feces* everywhere.
