After years of residing, leaving as soon as lease is up. Central unit never fixed and adding outrageous costs to already high rent. Tech did report he had to acquire another motor and return to finish this current repair. Never heard back from anyone. Trash, including glass, and dog feces* everywhere.

Compared to other apartments, these are very spacious and fair with their price. For me, having washer and dryer was a must and I am glad these apartments offer washer and dryer inside every unit. Whenever I’ve had maintenance requests, they are very quick with repairs. Jennifer has always been so helpful with any inquiries. I will totally recommend these apartments to my love ones.
Jennifer is amazing! She has been so helpful and kind. It is a very peaceful place to live, clean, and the structure gives privacy never felt more at home. One of the best apartments in El Paso 🫶
