Great place, highly recommend.
I loved living here! The location is incredible with Old Town, City Hall, Green Street, and Central Park all within walking distance. Maintenance is elite and the staff is so kind. Very convenient to downtown Los Angeles and the view of the San Gabriel Mountains can’t be beat.
We love living here!! These are beautiful, modern, and spacious apartments in a secure community. The garage is locked and very secure as well. The Terraces team is extremely responsive and all of my maintenance requests have been addressed the same day. Thank you to Romel for being an excellent guide throughout the application process! And thank you to Liz for getting us officially moved in!
Great location! Clean, quiet, with lots of amenities. The friendly, helpful, and timely maintenance staff is truly the gold star. Downside is price (understandable for a great location in Pasadena). It is important to note that the rent increases the maximum legal amount that is allowed in CA every year that I've lived here. As of 2025, it is almost $3k for a studio.
