I am new at Terraces at Paseo Colorado and have only been in the apartment for 10 days, and everything has worked out excellent. The office staff has been incredible, and the maintenance team is quick and super professional.
Having recently moved to Terraces at Paseo, from a building where there was no service whatsoever, I am greatly impressed by the promptness and professionalism of the maintenance staff here. Leo and Benjamin were quick to respond, flexible in scheduling and thorough in doing the repairs. I was so satisfied I tried to give them a tip, which they politely refused
They offer self-guided tours that don't work. No one to contact. A.I. texts and emails that go nowhere and leave you standing outside the office wasting your time. Not interested in this community if this is how they do business.
