Great location! Clean, quiet, with lots of amenities. The friendly, helpful, and timely maintenance staff is truly the gold star. Downside is price (understandable for a great location in Pasadena). It is important to note that the rent increases the maximum legal amount that is allowed in CA every year that I've lived here. As of 2025, it is almost $3k for a studio. I am new at Terraces at Paseo Colorado and have only been in the apartment for 10 days, and everything has worked out excellent. The office staff has been incredible, and the maintenance team is quick and super professional.
Having recently moved to Terraces at Paseo, from a building where there was no service whatsoever, I am greatly impressed by the promptness and professionalism of the maintenance staff here. Leo and Benjamin were quick to respond, flexible in scheduling and thorough in doing the repairs. I was so satisfied I tried to give them a tip, which they politely refused
