Lets start with there has been more 1 star reviews than 5 stars in the last 12 months..... I strongly regret choosing to live at The Terraces at Paseo. Since day one my experience has been extremely disappointing due to poor management, lack of communication, and ongoing maintenance concerns. Management has been unresponsive and difficult to work with when issues arise. Excellent apartment complex that is extremely well-managed. Living here is smooth and problem free; the application process is transparent and easy, the management responds to calls and inquiries, and the apartments themselves are modern and clean.
Beautiful location but I've had nothing but constant plumbing issues with them. It's quite inconvenient to have to shower at a gym because they turned the water off for 2 days or have to shower at a friend's place because there's no hot water. Edit: I've lived here for 2 years now and while I certainly loved the location, it's insane of them to up the rent by $250 every single time you renew. If you want to stay somewhere long term definitely don't move here, it becomes unaffordable after 2 years.
I had the opportunity to live at the Terraces at Paseo Colorado apartments for nearly 2.5 years. Sadly, I had to move out due to changing jobs. I would say, it was near perfect experience for renting an apartment. My official rating is 4.5 stars, but Google doesn't allow half stars. I had a one bedroom loft, which afforded me plenty of space with the giant walk-in closet, modern appliances (loved the electric stove for its efficiency), a secure residential garage, and overall comfortable experience.
