airmutt Took my 2008 Saturn in for warranty repair of a broken hood release cable. When they were done the hood was so badly damaged it had to be replaced. The Service Manager, Donna Bell, originally agreed to split the cost of repair but then backed out on the deal. She even told my insurance company that they never made such an offer!! This is one dealership that continues to damage GMC's reputation. STAY FAR AWAY from Capital Buick. If your vehicle needs servicing go to another dealership.
