RecommendedI have had nothing but good experiences with PHSC that was till today. I signed in to see an advisor at east campus. I waited patiently for well over a hour. Then to be told by Jessie (I think that was his name) that it took longer with the others that there was no time to see me. I just don’t understand how they could turn me away after I waited so long, when it would’ve only taken ten minutes of the advisors time. Never had a bad experience here. The welding program was awesome and the instructors were very patient. They teach you gas and arc welding. And also offer an advanced course.

Wonderful College and educational experience. Clean faculty and genuine professors and faculty members.
Love the school but security is a joke. Its quite frankly dangerous and abbhorrent how little priority they put into student safety. They hire unarmed minimum wage security guards most of which can barely walk at their age let alone stop even a small unarmed scuffle. Other than that there are really no measures taken for student safety although they have had training on campus as to what your best bet at surviving an active shooter unarmed since like every college in Florida they are a gun free zone.
